Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Break, Enter, Auto Theft and Robbery (BEAR) Unit are seeking the public's assistance in locating a wanted male in connection with a series of commercial break and enters.

Between July 29 and August 4, 2026, police investigated four commercial break and enters in the areas of Eagle Street North in Cambridge, King Street East and Kingsway Drive in Kitchener, and King Street West in Cambridge.

Investigators determined the suspect gained entry to the businesses either through HVAC systems or by smashing front doors after business hours. Once inside, the suspect targeted cash registers and tills, stealing cash and merchandise.

As a result of the investigation, Timothy Rowe, 52-years-old, has been identified and currently wanted for the following:

• Three counts of Break and Enter Commit Theft
• Break and Enter with Intent
• Possession of Break and Enter Instruments
• Dangerous Operation
• Flight from a Peace Officer
• Race a Motor Vehicle

Investigators are actively working to locate the accused and are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact police.
