The Waterloo Regional Police Service is investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred in Cambridge.

On November 20, 2025, at approximately 12:05 p.m., police responded to the intersection of Langs Drive and Industrial Road after receiving a report of a collision involving a motor vehicle and a pedestrian. 

The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries. As a result of the collision, a 34-year-old female from Cambridge succumbed to her injuries.

The roadway was closed for approximately four hours while officers conducted the investigation.

The investigation remains ongoing by our Traffic Services Unit.
