Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of an individual who was observed committing an act of voyeurism at a Kitchener business. 

On July 9, 2025, at approximately 3:55 p.m., an individual was reported recording a victim while changing in a private stall at a business on Kingsway Drive.

Investigators are looking to identify and speak to this individual in connection to the incident.

The investigation is ongoing by members of WRPS’ General Investigations Unit.
