Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of an individual who was observed committing an act of voyeurism in Waterloo.

On February 12, 2025, at approximately 7:15 p.m., police received a report of an individual recording a child while changing in a private stall at a recreational complex on Father David Bauer Drive.

The individual was described as a brown male, approximately 16 years old, with short hair. The male was wearing beige track pants and a beige hoodie.

The investigation is ongoing.
