WRPS Arrest a Cambridge Male and Female After a Drug Trafficking Investigation
Waterloo Regional Police have charged a male and female with drug trafficking-related offences in Cambridge as part of ongoing crime suppression efforts.
On May 30, 2025, members of WRPS’ Crime Suppression, Analysis and Response (CSAR) Unit arrested two individuals at the Grand River Transit Terminal on Ainslie Street in connection to a drug trafficking investigation.
Police seized approximately 10 grams of suspected fentanyl.
As a result of the investigation, a 32-year-old Cambridge male and a 32-year-old female from Cambridge was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused parties were held in police custody for a bail hearing.
