Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a Waterloo male after an indecent act in Waterloo.

On March 30, 2025, at approximately 4:40 p.m., police received a report of a male exposing himself to a child at a business in the area of Weber Street North and King Street North.

The male left the store prior to police arrival.

Members of North Neighbourhood Policing were able to identify and locate the male.

Police have arrested and charged a 70-year-old male for indecent act and disobeying a court order.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court in May of 2025.
