Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a male after a report of an indecent act in Waterloo.

On October 24, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m., police responded to a report of an indecent act at a recreational complex on Father David Bauer Drive.

Officers attended the area, located the male, and placed him under arrest.

As a result of the investigation, a 34-year-old male was charged with the following: 

• Indecent Act - Public Place 

• Assault- Peace Officer

The accused was held for a bail hearing.
