WRPS Arrest a Toronto Male After a Multi-Vehicle Collision in Cambridge
Waterloo Regional Police Service responded to a collision in Cambridge and arrest an out of region male.
On May 15, 2025, at approximately 7:35 a.m., emergency services responded to reports of a motor vehicle collision in the area of Queen Street West and Bechtel Street.
The driver of one of the vehicles fled the collision on foot.
Police located the 25-year-old Toronto male and arrested him for multiple offences, including three outstanding warrants.
The male was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
Another driver involved in the collision was transported to hospital with minor physical injuries.
The roads were closed for the investigation and have since been reopened.
