WRPS Arrest Two Individuals and Seize Drugs in Kitchener Investigation
Waterloo Regional Police have arrested two individuals in connection to an ongoing drug investigation in Kitchener.
On January 7, 2026, members of WRPS’ Drugs and Firearms Unit completed three search warrants as part of an ongoing drug investigation in the area of Fischer-Hallman Road and Huron Road.
As a result of the investigation, police seized suspected cocaine, fentanyl, ammunition, and a vehicle.
A 37-year-old male and a 23-year-old female, both from Kitchener, were arrested and charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (two counts)
- Possession of Proceeds of Crime
- Money Laundering
- Breach of Court Order
Both accused were held for a bail hearing.
