WRPS Arrests a Kitchener Male After Damaging Multiple Properties

Waterloo Regional Police have charged a male after breaking into a Kitchener residence and causing damage.

On March 12, 2025, at approximately 7:45 a.m., police responded to the area of Windermere Court and Burnaby Crescent for reports of a suspicious person and a break and enter.

An unknown male was observed in a residential back yard. When confronted by the homeowner, the male engaged in a physical confrontation and entered the residence. While inside, the male caused damage inside the home and left prior to police arrival.

There were no reports of any physical injuries.

The male continued to another residence where he had caused damage to a shed in the back yard.

Upon arrival, police located and arrested the male.

The 32-year-old Kitchener male was arrested and held for a bail hearing.

Police are asking anyone in the area of Windermere Court, Burnaby Crescent, and Rolling Meadows Drive to check any exterior cameras for suspicious activity between midnight and 10 a.m., on March 12.
