Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a hate-motivated graffiti incident in Waterloo.

On September 8, 2026, at approximately 12:35 p.m., police received a report of graffiti on a community trail in the area of Columbia Street West and St Moritz Avenue. The graffiti included hate-motivated writing.

The investigation is ongoing.
