Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a hate-motivated incident that occurred in Kitchener.

On June 11, 2025, at approximately 11:45 a.m., police received a report of graffiti at a children’s playground in the area of Resurrection Drive.

The graffiti included hate-motivated writing. 

The investigation is ongoing.
