WRPS Continuing to Investigate Single Vehicle Collision in Woolwich

Waterloo Regional Police’s Traffic Services Unit is continuing to investigate a single vehicle collision in Woolwich Township.

On February 27, 2025, at approximately 10:15 a.m., emergency services responded to reports of a single vehicle collision on Arthur Street South near Sawmill Road.

Through the investigation, it was determined that the driver of the vehicle left the roadway, entered the ditch, causing the vehicle to flip.

The driver, a 28-year-old Kitchener male, was transported to an out-of-region hospital with serious injuries.

The roads in the area were closed for the investigation and have since been reopened.

The investigation is ongoing, and charges are anticipated.
