WRPS' Direct Action Response Team Investigating Thefts from Vehicles in Waterloo
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a series of thefts from motor vehicles in Waterloo.
Between December 16, 2025, and December 22, 2025, police received eight reports of thefts from motor vehicles parked in residential parking lots and underground parking lots in the area of Albert Street and Columbia Street West.
In these incidents, vehicles had their windows smashed, and property, including identity documents, cash, jewellery, and clothing, was stolen.
Members of WRPS’ North Division Direct Action Response Team (DART) are continuing to investigate these thefts and are seeking assistance from the public.
Investigators would like to identify and speak with the individual pictured below in connection to these incidents.

Members of the public are encouraged to remove valuables from their vehicles, lock doors, and report suspicious activity to police immediately.
