Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a person-on-person robbery in Waterloo.

On October 12, 2025, at approximately 8:10 p.m., police received a report of a robbery in the area of University Avenue West and Phillip Street.

The victim reported being assaulted by another male and having his necklace stolen while inside a business. 

The victim sustained minor physical injuries as a result of this incident.

Officers are looking to identify and speak to the individual pictured below in connection to this incident. 

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area at the time or who may have video to contact police at 519-570-9777, extension 6399.
