WRPS Investigating Smash and Grab Incident at Kitchener Business
UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:
Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a series of smash-and-grab thefts involving electronic devices from multiple retail businesses throughout Waterloo Region.
Electronics, including televisions, tablets, and various smart devices, were stolen.
Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals pictured below in connection to these incidents.

Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a smash-and-grab from a Kitchener business.
On January 18, 2026, at approximately 7:15 a.m., a group of unknown individuals attended a business on Kingsway Drive and stole a selection of electronics. The stolen items included smartwatches, tablets, and televisions.
The investigation is ongoing by WRPS’ Break and Enter, Auto Theft, and Robbery (BEAR) Unit.
