Waterloo Regional Police are investigating after receiving a report of a suspicious person in Waterloo.

On November 4, 2026, at approximately 2:30 p.m., police received reports of a suspicious person in the area of King Street North and Lodge Street.

A male was reported to have followed multiple females while they walked in the area. 

He was described a Black male, approximately 20-30 years, tall, with slim build, and was wearing a black balaclava on the lower part of his face.

The male has since been identified.

The investigation remains ongoing.
