WRPS Investigating Vehicle Damage in Kitchener
UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:
Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a male in connection to a mischief investigation in Kitchener.
On November 20, 2024, between 3 a.m. and 3:20 a.m., an unknown male damaged a Dodge Caravan parked in a parking lot on Sydney Street South. The male then stole property from the vehicle.
On December 9, 2024, the male was located and arrested by officers from WRPS' Neighbourhood Policing Central Division.
The male, a 42-year-old from Kitchener, has been charged with theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property under $5,000, mischief over $5,000, and breach of probation.
The accused was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
