Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a person on person robbery in Kitchener.

On July 16, 2025, at approximately 8:20 p.m., police received a report of a robbery that occurred at 3:00 p.m., in the area of Joseph Street and Gaukel Street.

The victim met a group of unknown males to sell property. When the victim showed the group of males the item, the suspects took it from the victim and hit and assaulted them with an unknown object. The victim suffered minor non-life-threatening injuries.  

One of the suspects is described as a black male, 40-50 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, with black dreadlocks.
