WRPS Respond to Three Potentially Linked Robberies in Waterloo Region
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a series of robberies within the Waterloo Region.
On July 6, 2025, police responded to three separate commercial robberies within Cambridge and Kitchener.
At approximately 10:45 p.m., four white males entered a business on Ottawa Street South in Kitchener and stole various goods. When the loss-prevention officer went to intervene, the males made threats of violence towards the officer prior to leaving.
At approximately 11:30 p.m., four masked males entered a business on Pinebush Road in Cambridge and stole various products. When employees went to intervene, the males made threats of violence towards the staff and left in a vehicle.
At approximately 11:50 p.m., four masked males entered a business on Saginaw Parkway in Cambridge and stole various products. When employees went to intervene, the males made threats of violence towards the staff and left in a vehicle.
Police believe there may be a connection between the incidents, however are investigating them independently.
There were no reports of any physical injuries.
