WRPS Respond to Two Vehicle Collision in North Dumfries
Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a two-vehicle collision in North Dumfries.
On December 6, 2024, at approximately 1:30 p.m., police responded to reports of a collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of Old Beverly Road and Shellard Road.
The driver of a grey Toyota was travelling on Shellard Road and failed to stop at the stop sign. The driver entered the intersection and struck the driver of a blue Honda travelling on Old Beverly Drive.
The driver and passenger of the Toyota were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver and passenger of the Honda were both transported to an out-of-region hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The intersection was closed for the investigation and has since been reopened.
The investigation is ongoing by WRPS’ Traffic Services Unit.
