Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a person-on-person robbery in Waterloo.

On September 17, 2025, at approximately 1 a.m., police received a report of a robbery in the area of Highpoint Avenue and Dogwood Lane.

A male reported being grabbed by another male and having cash stolen while walking in the area.

The victim sustained minor physical injuries as a result of this incident.

The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5’8”-5’10” tall, wearing black pants and a dark sweater.

Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area at the time or who may have video to contact police at 519-570-9777.
