Waterloo Regional Police Investigating a Serious Collision in Wellesley Township

Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Traffic Services Unit are investigating a serious motor vehicle collision in Wellesley Township.

On September 17, 2025, at approximately 7:25 a.m., emergency services responded to reports of a single-vehicle rollover collision involving a Dodge Caliber on Hessen Strasse Road.

The driver, a 19-year-old female from Cambridge, was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The passenger, a 16-year-old male from Milverton, was transported to an out-of-region hospital by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Hessen Strasse Road was closed for approximately two hours while police conducted their investigation.

The investigation remains ongoing and charges are anticipated.
