Police Continue to Investigate Hit and Run Collision Involving Cyclist in Waterloo

Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a hit-and-run collision involving a cyclist in Waterloo.

On September 30, 2025, at approximately 10:45 p.m., police responded to the area of Albert Street and Seagram Drive for a collision involving a vehicle and a cyclist. 

The driver of the vehicle failed to remain and left the scene.

The cyclist, a 23-year-old female was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The vehicle involved is believed to be a newer Mercedes SUV.

The investigation is ongoing.
