Police Continue to Investigate Fatal Motorcycle Collision in Woolwich Township
Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Traffic Services Unit are investigating a fatal motorcycle collision in Woolwich Township.
On October 5, 2025, at approximately 3 p.m., emergency services responded to the area of Northfield Drive East and Scotch Line Road following reports of a motorcycle collision.
Through the initial investigation, it was determined that two vehicles, a maroon motorcycle and a silver sedan, were involved in a collision.
The driver of the sedan, a 61-year-old Waterloo female, was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver and passenger of the motorcycle, a 59-year-old Kitchener male and a 53-year-old Kitchener female, were pronounced deceased at the scene.
The roads in the area were closed for several hours and have since been reopened.
The investigation remains ongoing by members of our Traffic Services Unit, and investigators are looking to identify and speak to the driver of a white sedan who may have witnessed the collision.
