Charges Laid Following a Motor Vehicle Collision in Kitchener
Waterloo Regional Police Service has laid charges following a motor vehicle collision in Kitchener.
On October 18, 2025, at approximately 3 p.m., emergency services responded to a report of a collision at the intersection of Highland Road West and Eastforest Trail.
Through initial investigation, it was determined that the driver of a white Ford collided with another vehicle at the intersection. Minor physical injuries were reported.
As a result of the investigation, a 37-year-old Kitchener male was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Operation while Impaired
- Dangerous Operation
- Drive while Under Suspension
