On June 10, 2025, members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service responded to an incident at a business in the area of Weber Street East and Fergus Avenue in Kitchener.

During the investigation, officers attempted to arrest the involved suspect, and after a brief struggle, placed them under arrest. During the brief struggle a police officer’s service-issued magazine was lost.

The magazine is similar to the photos.
