Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a person-on-person robbery in Kitchener.

On December 4, 2025, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a robbery occurred outside the entrance at Fairview Park Mall.

Two youth victims reported parking their electric scooters outside the mall when they were approached by two youth suspects. The suspects brandished handguns and stole the scooters. 

There were no physical injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The investigation is ongoing, and investigators believe this was a targeted incident.
