Waterloo Regional Police Investigate Suspicious Person in Woolwich

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of a suspicious person in Woolwich Township.

On December 19, 2025, police received a report of a suspicious person that had occurred in the area of St Charles Street East and Mayhill Road.

At approximately 7:05 a.m., two youth were approached by an unknown male driving a black sedan. The male offered the youth a ride, which they declined. The male was last seen travelling on Maryhill Road.

The driver was described as a white male, last 30’s, medium build, with short hair. The male was wearing dark clothing. 

There were no reported physical injuries as a result of the incident.
