Driver Charged with Impaired Driving After Police Respond to Kitchener Collision
Police have charged a driver with impaired operation after a three-vehicle collision in Kitchener.
On May 12, 2025, at approximately 6:20 p.m., police responded to reports of a three-vehicle collision in the area of Fischer-Hallman Road and Queen’s Blvd.
Through the investigation, it was determined that one of the involved drivers left the scene of the collision on foot. Officers located the male a short distance away and he was arrested for impaired driving.
As a result of the investigation, the driver, a 42-year-old male from Woodstock was charged with:
- Operation while impaired- alcohol and drugs
- Dangerous operation
- Operation while prohibited
- Failure or refusal to comply with demand
- Failure to stop after accident
- Drive while suspended
