Police Arrest Three Youth in Connection to Waterloo Theft

Waterloo Regional Police have arrested three youth in relation to a theft incident in Waterloo.

On December 18, 2025, at approximately 8:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a theft in the area of Laurelwood Drive and Erbsville Road.

Through the investigation it was determined that three suspects attended a parking lot and stole personal belongings from the victim.  

As a result of the investigation, officers arrested three youths in connection to the incident.

A 16-year-old youth, and two 17-year-old youths, all from Waterloo, have been charged with Theft Under $5,000. Additionally, one of the 17-year-old youths was also charged with Public Mischief. 

Investigators believe the involved individuals are known to each other.
