Police Investigating Three Residential Break-and-Enters in Kitchener
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating three residential break-and-enters in Kitchener.
Between April 23, 2025, and April 24, 2025, an unknown individual gained entry to three units at a residential building on Garment Street and stole personal property.
One of the units was occupied at the time of the incident. Two of the units were unoccupied and the suspect caused damage to one of the units.
Investigators would like to identify and speak to the individual pictured below in connection to this incident.

WRPS’ Break, Enter, and Vehicle Theft Team is asking residents to consider the following tips to help prevent break-ins:
- Keep doors and windows locked, even when home
- Keep valuables out of common areas and out of plain sight
- Install audible noise alarm systems
- Secure residences with home video surveillance cameras in the front and back of the residence
- Notify neighbours when away for an extended period and arrange to have someone check on your residence
- Report any suspicious persons or vehicles to police
