Waterloo Regional Police Continue to Investigate Waterloo Gunpoint Robbery
The Waterloo Regional Police Service is continuing to investigate a gunpoint robbery in Waterloo.
On January 5, 2026, at approximately 10:30 p.m., a victim was delivering pizza to a residential building on Albert Street near Quiet Place when they were approached by three unknown suspects. The suspects demanded the victim’s vehicle and made threats. One suspect brandished a handgun while another displayed a knife. The suspects were unsuccessful in taking the vehicle and fled the area on foot towards Weber Street North.
There were no physical injuries reported.
The investigation is ongoing, and investigators are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has surveillance or dash camera footage from the area to contact police at 519-570-9777, extension 6399.
