Police Investigating Serious Collision in Woolwich Township
Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a serious collision in Woolwich Township.
On January 21, 2026, at approximately 4:20 p.m., emergency services responded to a two-vehicle, head-on collision on Listowel Road near Steffler Road.

The driver of a Dodge van, a 25-year-old male, and one passenger were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two additional passengers were transported to an out-of-region hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of a Chevrolet pickup truck, a 51-year-old male, was also transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Listowel Road was closed for several hours for the police investigation and has since reopened.
The investigation remains ongoing.
