Police Continue to Investigate Threats Related Incident in Waterloo
Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a hate motivated incident in Waterloo.
On March 9, 2026, at approximately 11:10 p.m., police responded to a residential building in the area of King Street North and University Avenue West for reports of an incident involving threats.
Through investigation, it was determined that a male suspect uttered threats to cause death while uttering racial slurs towards the victim.
The investigation is ongoing.
