Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of an indecent act in Kitchener.

On March 27, 2026, at approximately 3:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a male exposing himself to a female youth at a restaurant in the area of Weber Street East and Kinzie Avenue.

The male is described as White, in his 40s, 5’7” tall with a thin build and blonde hair, wearing a black sweater, a black baseball hat, and sunglasses.
