Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a robbery at a business in Kitchener.

On March 28, 2025, at approximately 1:55 a.m., an unknown male attended a convenience store in the area of Ottawa Street North and Weber Street East. The male assaulted an employee and proceeded to steal merchandise before fleeing the area.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 6 feet, with a medium build and short hair. The male was last seen wearing a brown knee level jacket, brown pants and white shoes.

There were no physical injuries reported.

The investigation is ongoing.
