Emergency Services Respond to A Cambridge Residential Fire
Waterloo Regional Police and emergency services responded to a residential fire in Cambridge.
On March 1, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a residential fire in the area of Main Street East and Franklin Boulevard.
The building sustained major damage, and a 69-year-old male was transported to an out-of-region hospital with serious life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time, and WRPS’ General Investigations Unit is working with the Ontario Fire Marshal who is leading the investigation.
