Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a hate-motivated incident in Waterloo.

On May 15, 2025, at approximately 6:25 a.m., police received a report of graffiti at a residential building on Columbia Street West near Batavia Place.

The graffiti included hate-motivated writing. 

The investigation is ongoing.
