Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Voyeurism Incident at Conestoga Mall
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a voyeurism incident at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo.
On May 20, 2026, police received a report that, between approximately 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., a male suspect was observed entering the female washroom and appeared to be taking photographs with a cellphone while individuals were inside the stalls.
The male was confronted by one of the victims and fled the area towards Davenport Road and Old Abbey Road before returning to a blue Subaru sport utility vehicle.

Investigators would like to identify and speak with the male pictured below in connection to this incident.

The investigation remains ongoing by members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s General Investigations Unit.
