Police Charge Male with Indecent Act in Waterloo
Waterloo Regional Police have charged a male after an indecent act in Waterloo.
On February 19, 2025, at approximately 8:30 a.m., a member of the public contacted the Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU) Special Constable Service after observing a male committing an indecent act in the area of Marshall Street and Regina Street North.
WLU special constables responded to the area, arrested the male, and brought him into police custody.
Police also seized suspected crystal methamphetamine from the male.
As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old Waterloo male was charged with the following offences:
- Indecent act
- Trespass/prowl near a dwelling house
- Possession of Schedule I drugs
The 31-year-old male was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
