Police Arrest Male Following an Indecent Act in Kitchener
Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a male in connection to an indecent act in Kitchener.
On June 4, 2026, at approximately 8:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of a male walking on near Victoria Street South and Eastforest Trail while committing an incident act.
Officer arrived and after a brief foot pursuit, the male was arrested.
As a result of the investigation, a 55-year-old Kitchener male was arrested and charged with Indecent Act.
The investigation is ongoing.
