WRPS' Traffic Services Unit Investigating Collision in Waterloo

Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a collision in Waterloo.

On February 13, 2025, at approximately 3:35 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision at the intersection of Bridge Street West and Northfield Drive East.

The driver of a vehicle was travelling north on Northfield Drive East and was involved in a collision with the driver of a tractor snow cab. The collision caused the tractor snow cab to flip on to its side.

The driver of the tractor snow cab, a 54-year-old Waterloo male was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old Centre Wellington female reported no injuries.

The intersection was closed for the investigation and has since been reopened.

The investigation is ongoing, and charges are anticipated.
