Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Collision in Waterloo
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a two-vehicle collision in Waterloo.
On June 13, 2026, at approximately 2:30 p.m., police responded to reports of a collision involving a Toyota motor vehicle and a Nissan SUV at the intersection of University Avenue East and Lincoln Road.
Both drivers, a 25-year-old and a 34-year-old, along with three passengers, were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The intersection was closed for several hours for the investigation and has since reopened.
The investigation remains ongoing by the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Traffic Services Unit, and charges are anticipated.
