Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a suspicious vehicle in Cambridge.

On June 28, 2026, at approximately 7:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle in the area of Tallowtree Place and Nutcracker Street.

Upon arrival, officers located a grey Dodge Durango that had sustained gunshot damage. There was no evidence of any physical injuries.

Investigators believe the vehicle had been at the location for two to three days prior to being reported.

The investigation is ongoing by the General Investigations Unit, and investigators are seeking to speak with the owner of the vehicle.
