Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Special Victims Unit are investigating a report of a sexual assault in Kitchener.

On June 14, 2026, at approximately 11:00 p.m., an adult male approached an adult female in the area of Ottawa Street North and Rosedale Avenue and offered her a ride home.

During the drive, the male sexually assaulted the female.

The victim described the suspect as a White male, approximately 65 to 75 years old, with a large build, grey hair, and grey facial hair.

The involved vehicle has been identified as a red Toyota Camry.

The investigation is ongoing.
