All fitness levels are welcome. The program is designed to meet participants where they are and help them make meaningful progress toward their personal fitness and career objectives. The program is hosted at WRPS Headquarters at 200 Maple Grove Road in Cambridge.

More Than Just a Fitness Program

The shuttle run is only one component of becoming a police officer.

Throughout the program, participants gain firsthand knowledge about the recruiting process, learn what a career in policing is really like, and develop relationships with officers who have successfully navigated the same path. Mentors provide guidance, encouragement, and practical advice to help participants better understand the profession and prepare for future opportunities.
