Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a Kitchener robbery.

On December 7, 2024, at approximately 8 p.m., police responded to a business in the area of King Street West and Andrew Street for a report of a suspect assaulting an employee while shoplifting. The suspect fled prior to police arrival.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 30’s, 6’, wearing all black with a yellow backpack.

There are no reports of any physical injuries.
