Waterloo Regional Police are investigating after hate‑motivated graffiti was reported at a school in Cambridge.

On September 24, 2026, at approximately 12:10 p.m., police received a report of graffiti spray painted on exterior walls, pavement, and other outdoor structures at an elementary school in the Christopher-Champlain neighbourhood. The graffiti is believed to have been created between 8 p.m. on September 23, 2026, and 7 a.m. on September 24, 2026.

The graffiti included hate-motivated writing.
