Waterloo Regional Police are Investigating a Voyeurism Incident in Waterloo
UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:
Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate two separate voyeurism incidents.
The first incident occurred on July 9, 2025, at approximately 3:55 p.m., at Fairview Mall in Kitchener. An individual was reported recording a victim while changing in a private stall while inside the store.
The second incident occurred on July 21, 2025, at approximately 7 p.m., at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo. An employee reported observing a male placing a recording device on his shoe and filming females inside the store.
Investigators are looking to identify and speak to the male below in connection to both these incidents.
The investigation is ongoing.

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of a voyeurism incident that occurred in the City of Waterloo.
On July 21, 2025, at approximately 7 p.m., police responded to Conestoga Mall after receiving reports of suspicious activity.
It was reported that an unknown male was observed by staff placing a recording device on his shoe and filming females.
Prior to police arrival, the male was confronted by staff and fled the area.
Police are looking to identify and speak to the male below in connection to this incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
